Welcome to my little place on the web.

As you can see, this site is mostly where I track my workouts. I used to co-own a gym and I always found it easy to post, edit, and track workouts on a WordPress site. So I now use it for my personal workouts. 

I normally post the workouts for the next week on Sunday nights.
